2022
📍 The idea rolls in
While traveling through Southeast Asia, we realized how cumbersome backpacks actually are. Too heavy, too sweaty, and the moment you had to put them down… a nightmare. And suitcases? Not an option on dirt roads or stairs. That's how Legpack was born: the idea of a backpack that rolls when you want it to.
July 2023
🛠 From frustration to innovation
After endless sketching, testing, and starting over, it was finally here: our first prototype! A sturdy backpack with wheels, ready to make traveling comfortable. The reactions from friends and fellow travelers gave us confidence: this could be big.
November 2023
🚀 The first Legpack is born
We launched the very first Legpack! Travelers found it the perfect compromise between a backpack and a suitcase. Compact, robust, and flexible – just the way we envisioned it.
June 2025
🔧 Smarter, stronger, more secure
The stock was selling like hotcakes. Yet, there was still plenty of room for improvement. Listening to our customers paid off: we released an improved version. Stronger wheels, a TSA lock, better material, better zipper quality, and extra features. Legpacks have since been taken on road trips through Malaysia and backpacking trips to Thailand.

Legpack has grown into a brand for savvy travelers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. With the customer at the center, comfort, and continuous improvement as our values, we continue to innovate. One thing never changes: we design based on real travel experiences – so all you have to do is enjoy!
