No, the Legpack does not meet the Carry-on Luggage requirements. The Legpack is designed for a backpacking trip which allows you to bring all of your essentials, therefore, it is not for a short city-trip!

We deliver within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium from €50 for free! Below €50 you pay €6.99 in shipping costs.

As soon as we receive your order, we will pack it for you. We expect you to receive your package within 1-3 working days. You can see exactly when your package will arrive via the Track & Trace code that we sent you by email!

Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to Contact@Legpack.nl with your order number, original delivery address, and new delivery address. We will then try to change the order for you.

For sure! We have a warranty period of 12 months. If something breaks on your Legpack during delivery or your trip that you could not do anything about, we will fully cover any repair costs! Send an email to Contact@Legpack.nl with your damage. We will resolve this with you as quickly as possible!

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. If you would like to cancel your order, send an email to Contact@Legpack.nl .

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product(s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are for your own account. These costs amount to €8.20 in the Netherlands & Belgium. Send an email to Contact@Legpack.nl if you want to return your purchase! We will then create a return shipment for you.
